DawaiPro – Returns, Refunds & Appointment Policy

At DawaiPro, our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable healthcare booking experience. Since we offer digital appointment‑booking services, our policies are designed to ensure fairness for both patients and healthcare providers.

1. Appointment Rescheduling

Patients may reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times without any additional charges, provided that:

  • The doctor or clinic has availability for the new time

  • The appointment has not already been completed

  • The rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment

If a patient has already rescheduled twice, any further changes may require cancelling the booking (if eligible) and creating a new appointment.

2. Appointment Cancellation

You may cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund, as the doctor or clinic has already reserved the time slot.

3. Refund Eligibility

A booking may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The appointment was booked within the last 30 days

  • The appointment has not been completed

  • The doctor or clinic has not yet provided the service

  • The cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the appointment

If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original booking. No additional fees will be charged.

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Appointments that have already been completed

  • Missed appointments (no‑shows)

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment

  • Services already delivered by the doctor or clinic

  • Emergency or time‑sensitive bookings

  • Personalized or special medical services where the provider has already allocated time or resources

DawaiPro reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

5. Physical Goods (If Applicable)

DawaiPro does not sell physical products. However, if any promotional or partner‑related items are ever shipped, they must be returned to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. DawaiPro cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Gifts or Sponsored Bookings

If a booking was marked as a gift or sponsored by someone else:

  • If eligible for a refund, a gift credit may be issued

  • If the booking was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original payer
